1. Introduction of  Corn Snacks Food Machinery Production : 

Puffed Corn Snacks Making Machine is used to make puffing snacks,  by using different moulds the corn snack extruder can produce different shape snack, like  hollow or solid corn or rice inflating snack stick, sweet stick and other snack. The client could add different kinds of seasoning:such as, sugar, salt,essence and so on to produce different flavor puffed food.

1.Flour mixer : to mix various raw material evenly.

2.Screw conveyor : to convey raw material to extrude

3. kurkure rotary extruder: To cook the corn meal and extrude the Kurkure from the die. The Rotary Die twists and curls the meal before extruding giving a uniform texture

4. roller screen: to seperate the kurkure cheetos from the rotary extruder

5. elevator: to convey the food to the next machine

6. fryer: to fry the kurkure cheetos 

7. flavoring: To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure to give the different flavors to them.
